1. Who can trade
You must be at least 18 years old, trade only with cards or crypto you legally own, and provide accurate registration details. One person may hold one CardMe account.
2. Card and crypto verification
Every submission is reviewed by our desk. We may request clearer images, additional proof of purchase, or the original receipt. Cards that are used, restricted, region locked, already redeemed or reported stolen are rejected, and the reason plus any proof image is shown inside your trade.
3. Rates, fees and payouts
The rate shown at the time of submission applies to that trade. A processing fee is displayed on every quote before you confirm. Approved payouts are credited to your CardMe wallet, from which you can withdraw to a Nigerian bank account or a crypto address you control.
4. Crypto trades
The minimum crypto trade is $10. You must send the exact amount on the exact network shown beside the wallet address. Coins sent on the wrong network, or below the minimum, may be unrecoverable and are not our responsibility.
5. Welcome bonus
The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, per device and per phone number. It is credited to your balance on signup and remains subject to the minimum withdrawal rule. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts leads to the bonus being frozen or revoked and the accounts suspended.
6. Account suspension
We may freeze or suspend an account while investigating fraud, duplicate signups, chargeback activity or attempts to trade cards that are not yours. Balances tied to fraudulent trades may be debited with a recorded reason that you can see in your notifications.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, open a dispute inside the trade. That connects you to our WhatsApp desk on +234 907 991 3193, the only official support channel. We respond with our findings and any supporting evidence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. Continuing to trade after an update means you accept the revised terms.
